Disconnect from your overthinking analytical mind by settling into your breath through this short, sweet & effective breathwork practice.
Inhale for 3, 2, 1.
Hold the breath for a moment.
Exhale for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Hold the breath for a moment.
∙ Repeat for 3 minutes.
∙ Goal: Build up to 6 minutes (or more)!
