— Here’s a Little About Me! —
In 2014, I found myself having a life shifting moment in a vinyasa Yoga class. My sense of perception heightened as I was taken to a more intimate way of experiencing the world with my consciousness. Was this a meditative state? I felt connected to everything and everyone. I walked out of that class with a new sense of awe & wonder for the world. How did this beautiful moment by connecting to my breath and experiencing a whole new world occur?
What I love about healing is that it’s a spiral — it’s ebbing and flowing! Over the last decade, I layered in various healing modalities into my own life. It began with vinyasa Yoga and eventually spread to meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Sound Meditations. Then I started seeing practitioners trained inI integrated holistic care into my everyday life, and I grew more and more in love with how it made me feel and how I began growing as a person. I loved how I was becoming more connected to myself. I was returning home to ME. Over various trainings and working with embodied healers, I learned how to embrace my shadows, tend to my inner child, and regulate my nervous system. I learned how to see my subconscious beliefs and I’m still learning how to re-pattern my own wounds and give myself the tender love and care that “Little Rosie” deserves.
