Awakening Your Energy

You are a boundless form of energy. Your entire energy field is waiting to be explored. You just need to be able to get quiet and clear to feel your energy, tap into your intuition, and listen to the still small voice within. When you cultivate a strong foundation within your internal realm, you create positive change that unblocks your root chakra and can lead you to developing a regulated nervous system. Once you consistently get out of maya — illusion — that you are suffering from and get clear on what your core values are, this is where great change can happen.

When you consistently slow down your breathing, your mind can go to a place of stillness, where you can learn to turn your analytical mind into magic — all by surrendering more and more and more. The path of full surrender means learning to let go — in places that have been buried, hidden, suppressed, shamed or any other lingering emotions that could be weighing you down. The more you release, let go, and surrender, the more free you will become. We call this moksha — divine liberation. In this lifetime, you can allow yourself to be the source of your own healing through learning how to bathe yourself in your own pure ecstasy of love through spiritual practices.

Once you begin healing yourself on a consistent basis, you’ll allow yourself to shift into a higher frequency that emits from within, and when you may start tapping into your psychic abilities. You’ll start noticing a felt energy exchange when people come into your field, and you may even see your own and others’ auric fields. Remember, everything is this life is energy and everything and every one is intertwined. One day, you’ll be able to feel the full spiritual aliveness that resides within and live the dream reality that you have created from your own pure consciousness. This is when you realize what your gifts are and tune your frequency towards becoming more one with love, bliss, and unity consciousness.

Just think to yourself, what do you want out of this life? What really matters to you? When you’re at the end of your life looking back — what memories and moments are the ones that you hold closest to your heart? It won’t matter how much money you made, what home you lived in, what car you drove. It will be the feelings of pure connection through — how did you live your life? What was your impact in the world? How were you showing up in service for others? What really, truly mattered to you? The rest is just fluff. Learn to recognize the fluff, let go of what isn’t serving you, and tap into the moments that really fill you up. There is no expansion without contraction, as life is full of ups and downs — the ebb and flow of life is natural. However, don’t you want to make the most out of your life while you’re here? How will you move forward with intention and let go of a habit or behavior that is weighing you down? How will you share your unique gift to the world with authenticity Everything is up to you.

May you become a clear channel to be open to receive divine blessing. May you live your life in gratitude and abundance. May you cultivate compassion and loving awareness. May you recognize the miracles that are part of your every day life.
